They will help you with this problem. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic.

Edit: So I guess the real question is, should I be able to activate my product code right now or should I have to wait a few more days to activate? Have an answer to that at all? Having same problem. The key they sent is meant to be used on Origin as clearly stated on their site.
I've done this before with them, so unless key is wrong, I don't think problem is on their end. In fact, they sent me 2 set of keys, one for FUT bonus offer and another for actual game. The key for FUT bonus offer was successfully redeemed in Origin, it's the one for the game that yields the same error as mentioned originally. As asked by OP, is it too early to redeem the code?
My understanding was that one could still redeem early for preload but not play until official release next week. Can someone please confirm?
Having the same issue as the previous poster. Ordered the game through Green Man and received the key, but I get the error when trying to activate it. Could it be that the current EA server issues are the cause? I was actually able to activate and pre-load later in the day. I suspect it was simply a server issue. Sign In or Register.
